How This Works

This is a 3-month coaching process focused on helping you get consistent with your health again.

 

We start by looking at what’s actually going on in your day-to-day life, what’s working, what’s not, and what keeps getting in the way.

Then we build small, realistic habits that fit your life and don’t fall apart after a few weeks.

Over 90 days, you’ll have:

✅ 1:1 coaching sessions to help you stay focused and moving forward
✅ A personalized approach based on your life, not a generic plan
✅ Ongoing support and check-ins so things don’t fall apart between sessions
✅ Simple tools to help you build habits that actually stick
✅ A way to track progress so you can see what’s working

Option 1 - Bi-Weekly Sessions (6 total) 
 $550

Best if you want structure, accountability, and time between sessions to put things into practice. 

  • 1 × 60-minute Personal Vision Session to clarify your goals and priorities

  • 4 × 45-minute Coaching Sessions, held weekly

  • 1 × 60-minute a focused strategy session to recognize your wins and design a plan that ensures lasting success beyond the program.

Option 2 - Weekly Sessions (12 total )
$965

Ideal if you prefer steady support while working on multiple areas, and want consistent accountability to keep progress moving.

  • 1 × 60-minute Personal Vision Session to clarify your goals and priorities

  • 10 × 45-minute Coaching Sessions, held weekly

  • 1 × 60-minute a focused strategy session to recognize your wins and design a plan that ensures lasting success beyond the program.
