Tauna Garner NBC-HWC | FMCHC 

I’m Tauna Garner, founder of My Unique Health LLC. Like many women, I’ve learned firsthand how much our health can change in midlife, and how hard it can be to find answers.

​

In my 20s and 30s, I was all in on building a career and raising a family, often putting myself last. By my 40s, the cracks started to show, brain fog, fatigue, joint pain, anxiety, and weight changes I couldn’t explain. I went from doctor to doctor, leaving each appointment with another prescription but no real understanding of why I felt off.

​

By 50, I was completely defeated and uninspired. I started digging into everything I could to understand what was happening to me. Finding while hormones can tip the scale,  lifestyle can keep it balanced. Once I started focusing there, everything began to change. It was like someone turned the lights back on.

​

So much so that it inspired me to go back to school to help other women do the same. I became a National Board–Certified Health and Wellness Coach through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy, specializing in lifestyle and behavior change.

​
